Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume interviewing processes for a leading aerospace technology provider in San Diego, CA. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding logistics, and recruiting operations, serving as the central point between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in talent acquisition or related roles, experience with high-volume scheduling, and proficiency with BrassRing or similar ATS, SAP a plus,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or relevant role.
• Must have high-volume interview scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars.
• Experience using ATS system – BrassRing highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of virtual, phone, and onsite interviews.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Coordinate candidate travel logistics and process-related expense reimbursements.
• Support new hire onboarding activities and HR administrative processes.
• Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, candidate communications, onboarding materials, and evaluation forms.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within ATS and HR systems.
• Utilize BrassRing, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to support recruiting operations.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
