The Second Wind is seeking a diligent Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting team in New York. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive applicant experience.

The role includes onboarding support and exposure to healthcare recruiting, with room to grow within the team. You will post openings, screen applicants, track progress, and help manage candidate communications while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using an ATS and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for clinical, counseling, peer support, and administrative roles.
• Post and refresh job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and behavioral health job sites.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach to schools and training programs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, credentials, and interest.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates updated throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
