Job summary

The W Group is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting across our healthcare facilities and organizations in the Brooklyn area. You will manage candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination for a wide range of roles, helping keep our communities fully staffed and our hiring process moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in recruiting or a similar role, are highly organized, and comfortable making many candidate calls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume admin work.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Familiar with ATS; Apploi experience a plus.
• On-site Brooklyn office attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of open roles across multiple facilities and move candidates through the hiring process daily.
• Recruit for home health aides, case managers, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and supervisory roles.
• Review applications in ATS and contact qualified candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, credentials, availability, and fit.
• Schedule interviews with facility administrators and hiring managers; confirm attendance.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers after interviews to maintain momentum.
• Re-engage past applicants and build a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.
• Screen physician and nurse practitioner candidates as needed for provider recruiting.
• Keep candidate records accurate in the ATS; coordinate onboarding paperwork.
• Assist with job fairs and hiring events; track recruiting activity for updates.
