• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and other channels.
• Manage candidate profiles in SmartOffice CRM and candidate portal.
• Communicate with candidates consistently and professionally.
• Collect feedback after candidate meetings.
• Distribute and collect candidate assessments and results.
• Support follow-up after events and career fairs.
• Partner with leaders to execute recruiting strategy and goals.
• Identify improvements to the candidate experience.
