Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of HR or recruiting coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM; Workday preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required; AA/college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Support Recruiters in Workday recruiting operations and job postings.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruiting reports.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Support hiring events and process improvement initiatives.
