This role supports People Operations with scheduling, applicant review, and sourcing exposure, offering a clear path to a recruiter role over time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in coordination, ideally in hiring.
• ATS/CRM experience and spreadsheet comfort.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
