Qualifications

• 1-3 years in coordination, ideally in hiring.
• ATS/CRM experience and spreadsheet comfort.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own ATS accuracy, reporting, and integrations.
• Administer work tests and skills assessments.
• Support recruiters with scheduling and candidate updates.
