Partner Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and improve employee experience. The role offers a fast-paced, collaborative remote culture with emphasis on inclusion and professional development.

You will own recruitment across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans, and support onboarding and employer branding initiatives using AI-powered tools.

Formación

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment (tech exposure preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills with ATS experience; Ashby is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative style.
