Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to support recruiting and onboarding by coordinating candidate activities, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for applicants and internal teams.

You will work closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers, maintain accurate records, handle pre-employment paperwork, and support New Employee Orientation logistics in a fast-paced, collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and tracking documentation.
• Assist with candidate screenings and recruitment workflows.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records in systems.
• Support administrative recruiting activities and candidate experience.
