EverService Holdings, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting across EverService brands. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate relationships, and ensure accurate ATS records while collaborating with HR, IT, and senior leaders.

The role emphasizes onboarding familiarity, market research, and compliance knowledge, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. A remote data stipend is among the benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Lever ATS, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of current employment laws and hiring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interview coordination between candidates, hiring teams, and leadership.
• Candidate relationship management with regular updates and professional interactions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Lever; track interactions and pipeline metrics.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and job postings; post-hire coordination.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, research salary benchmarks, and stay updated on labor market trends.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition.
