Job summary

Systems Technology (STI) is seeking a driven, high-energy entry-level recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will screen candidates, conduct calls, schedule interviews, manage data in ATS or spreadsheets, and continuously improve candidate engagement to reduce drop-offs while maintaining high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email etiquette.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like Indeed.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video screening calls.
• Make a high volume of daily candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and track pipeline status in the ATS or spreadsheets.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and match them to suitable profiles.
• Keep candidates engaged through offer, joining, and onboarding to reduce drop-offs.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets (closures, submissions, interviews scheduled).
