Qualifications

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidates and hiring workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to excellent candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open roles.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Tracking recruitment activities and assisting with weekly update reports
• Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed
