Automated Health Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare, contact center, and corporate roles. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, review resumes, and maintain ATS records to support fast-paced staffing needs.

The role partners with HR leadership to identify staffing gaps, maintain pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience while complying with hiring policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, contact center, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for operational, healthcare, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting documentation.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment outreach activities.
• Partner with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring status updates to leadership.
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives.
