The role requires autonomy and efficiency to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in HR or recruitment, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS; proficiency in Excel is preferred, with a focus on data

Qualificações

• 1+ years' experience in HR or Recruitment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with strict attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage interview coordination, candidate management, and maintaining recruitment process knowledge.
• Correspond to candidates by answering calls, emails and providing information throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Interface with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks and new hire orientation.
• Prioritize and coordinate a world-class candidate experience from initial outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Ensure the administrative support needs of recruiters, hiring panels and candidates are met promptly and precisely.
• Assist with administrative processes in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Assist with recruiting workflow reports from ATS for reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS by ensuring all necessary information/documents are uploaded and accessible.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Assist and lead end-to-end recruiting process documentation to ensure consistency across locations.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
