Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on technology roles within media, entertainment, or similarly complex, fast-paced industries.
• Proven passion for the entertainment industry with a track record recruiting highly specialized studio and technology talent.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while balancing competing priorities with attention to detail and excellence.
• Exceptional consultative and relationship-building skills to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, and creative environment across stakeholders from creative leadership to production and technical teams.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and operate across East and West Coast time zones.
• Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information, especially with high-profile candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer and hire across corporate, venue, and studio environments.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier technology talent.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand culture, vision, strategy and role-specific talent profiles.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and onboarding to secure high-quality, diverse talent.
• Lead innovative sourcing initiatives using social media, networking, direct outreach, and market intelligence.
• Stay current on technology trends and talent markets to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Oversee offers in collaboration with compensation and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable offers.
