MSG Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to support corporate recruitment by coordinating interviews, travel, reimbursements, and onboarding. You’ll ensure a smooth candidate experience and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 1+ years in HR or Recruitment, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Excel is preferred. This is an onsite role in New York.

Qualificações

• 1+ years' experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in HR or Recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment processes preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems preferred.
• Excel skills are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key administrative processes including interview coordination and candidate management.
• Correspond with candidates via calls and emails and provide recruitment information.
• Interface with internal resources and vendors regarding pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate a world-class candidate experience from outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Ensure recruiters' administrative support needs are met promptly and precisely.
• Assist with Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) administration.
• Assist with recruitment workflow reports from ATS for analytics needs.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS with uploaded documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process documentation for consistency across locations.
• Provide exceptional guest, partner, and team member experiences on-site.
