Bloomberg in New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruitment process across offices. You will manage high-volume interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and partner with recruiters, sourcers, and internal teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You will contribute to improving processes, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and help scale our inclusive interview practices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in developing a career within HR and Recruitment.
• Prior experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee interview logistics.
• Partner with other coordinators, recruiters, and sourcers.
• Recommend best practices as it pertains to interviews and candidate experience.
• Build and manage relationships with internal partners across businesses.
• Oversee workflows across the applicant tracking system (and CRM/Events platform) to ensure pipelines operate efficiently.
• Support with researching, planning, and organizing logistics for recruitment events.
