Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between client business groups and recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules.
• Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (feedback forms, resumes, directions, materials).
• Assist recruiters with resumes, candidates or workflow related requests.
• Provide high-quality candidate and hiring managers client service experience for a successful interview and visit.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
