Job summary

Toyota is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our College Programs team in Plano, TX. You will provide administrative support across internship and co-op programs, coordinating interviews, reporting, and data analytics to improve recruiting operations.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports a broad campus engagement strategy. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting or related field, experience with Workday, and strong MS Office skills; a related

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related area.
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Added bonus if you have Associate’s degree (or higher).
• Phenom Recruiter experience.
• Data tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s Talent Acquisition College Programs team across TMNA.
• Include requisition posting, interview scheduling, screens, referrals and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain analytics, reports, and process documentation to support program operations.
• Support recruiting activities to build a strong pipeline of internship and co-op candidates.
• Help lead full process lifecycle, pre-hire activities and orientation programs.
• Monitor pre-hire activities of background checks and relocation.
• Coordinate communications among recruiters, candidates and hiring teams for events and fairs.
• Manage campus tours and visits; drive process improvements for recruiting operations.
