Job summary

Toyota is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our College Programs team in Plano, TX. You will provide administrative support across internship and co-op programs, coordinating interviews, reporting, and data analytics to improve recruiting operations.

• Added bonus if you have Associate’s degree (or higher).
• Phenom Recruiter experience.
• Data tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain analytics, reports, and process documentation to support program operations.

• Help lead full process lifecycle, pre-hire activities and orientation programs.
• Monitor pre-hire activities of background checks and relocation.
• Coordinate communications among recruiters, candidates and hiring teams for events and fairs.
• Manage campus tours and visits; drive process improvements for recruiting operations.

Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and operational support for our Talent Acquisition College Programs team. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s business and STEM internship and co-op programs across Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), including Lexus, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Toyota Financial Services, and Battery.
• Administrative work includes requisition posting, interview scheduling, screens, referrals and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain analytics, reports, and process documentation to support program operations and decision-making.
• Support recruiting activities that build a strong pipeline of qualified internship and co-op candidates.
• Help lead full process lifecycle, pre-hire activities and orientation programs.
• Monitor pre-hire activities of background checks and relocation.
• Weekly reporting on fills / open and offer activity.
• Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters, candidates, hiring teams, and other internal stakeholders, in preparation and during career fairs and special events; confirmation of team member participation, materials shipment and other related activities.
• Manage internal requests for school / alumni campus tours and visits.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by the College Programs and Talent Acquisition teams; update Identify and support process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of college recruiting operations.
