Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client and candidate focus.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes and assess qualifications against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate fit and interest.
• Serve as primary candidate contact throughout recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate summaries and provide status updates to team.
