Job summary

Service Wire Company in Culloden, WV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting. The role involves sourcing candidates, initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with hiring managers and applicants.

The position emphasizes building pipelines through targeted sourcing, career fairs, and partnerships, while ensuring compliant postings. The coordinator will prepare staffing reports and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and HR on job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities: screen resumes, phone screens, assessments, schedule interviews, select candidates.
• Research and recommend new sourcing channels for active and passive candidates.
• Participate in career fairs and build community partnerships to expand the candidate pool.
• Place and update all job postings across media and ATS systems.
• Prepare staffing reports and workforce plans to support future needs.
• Promote internal mobility and referral program participation.
