Job summary

CDW is seeking an Associate Sourcing Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing and research activities for diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines. You’ll work closely with recruiters to identify talent, conduct market research, and assist outreach using approved messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Execution & Candidate Identification
• Execute sourcing activities using defined sourcing plans and guidance
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
• Review resumes against defined role requirements
• Support candidate outreach using approved messaging
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems
• Conduct talent research to identify target companies and skill profiles
• Assist with market mapping and pipeline development
• Prepare candidate research summaries and talent lists
• Track sourcing activity to support reporting and visibility
• Partner with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing team to align sourcing efforts
• Participate in intake and calibration discussions
• Follow established sourcing processes and governance standards
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement
