You will work with hiring managers to determine recruiting strategies and ensure a smooth new-hire experience. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or SHRM certification) and have 1+ year HR experience with strong English communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or SHRM certification.
• At least one year of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong customer service and English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-oriented with empathy for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct visitors, provide information, or connect to HR resources.
• Generate and develop leads for staffing needs.
• Represent Lakeview Village at recruiting events.
• Coordinate recruiting strategy with hiring managers and report updates.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless process for new hires.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment screenings and I-9 documentation.
• Enter data into HRIS/ATS for new hires.
• Assist with orientation and collect I-9 documents for new hires.
