Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years recruiting or management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BS in HR or related field preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Contact applicants within three hours when possible.
• Conduct interview, informing applicants about the job and company; determine fit.
• Schedule pre-employment ride-along for applicants with local manager or designated individual.
• Gather required documents from applicants; maintain applicant data in required systems.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug and alcohol tests at local clinics; facilitate testing.
• Work with HR to ensure hiring items are complete and applicants move through process.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
