Koch Recruiting in Wichita, Kansas, seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting activity across early careers and experienced hiring. You will partner with recruiters, candidates, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to deliver efficient coordination and an excellent candidate experience.

This role provides flexible coordination across Koch companies, supports campus recruiting events, and onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating multiple priorities and adapting plans to business needs.
Clear written and verbal communication with candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate flow for early-career and experienced roles, including interviews and communications.
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring supervisors, and interview teams.
Execute pre-hire and post-offer activities, including background checks and I-9 coordination.
Coordinate candidate travel and interview-related expense reimbursements as needed.
Support campus recruiting through event administration, scheduling, and workflow management.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
Identify process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
