Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across locations with rapid turnaround.
Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and requisition data in the ATS.
Produce and distribute recurring recruiting reports and support data requests.
Deliver strong internal/external customer service with fast follow‑through.
Support recruiting projects and onboarding of recruiters, aligning workflows.
Leverage AI applications to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
