Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across assigned locations, ensuring rapid turnaround and a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and requisition data in the ATS to ensure clean, reportable pipelines.
• Produce and distribute recurring recruiting reports (e.g., daily pipeline standard reports) and support ad hoc hiring data requests.
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency.
• Support key recruiting projects and onboarding of recruiters, aligning coordinator workflows with broader team and HR initiatives.
• Leverage AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
