Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters a plus) and resume databases.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Maintain highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and manage the hiring process to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the hiring process including job posts, interviews, offers, and background checks.
• Track and upload candidate data in SmartRecruiters and HubSpot.
• Assist with onboarding activities and paperwork.
• Generate Verification of Employment letters as needed.
• Provide additional administration and coordination support as needed.
