IonQ, a leader in quantum computing, seeks a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to streamline our hiring process from interviews to onboarding. You’ll support candidates, hiring teams, and our internship program across time zones.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted communications, scheduling automation, and accurate ATS maintenance. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in recruiting coordination, familiarity with leading ATS/HRIS platforms, and a proactive mindset to improve processes with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or HR/People Ops
• Experience with ATS or HRIS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones with calendars, panels, and video links.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS including stages and documentation.
• Support recruiting events and internship program logistics and communications.
• Leverage AI tools to draft candidate communications, summarize feedback, and automate scheduling tasks.
• Identify manual steps and propose AI-enabled improvements
