Job summary

KIOXIA America, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 4-month engagement to support hiring and onboarding processes. You will lead interview coordination, post management, background checks, and data maintenance in SmartRecruiters and HubSpot.

The role demands excellent communication, knowledge of hiring regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information while collaborating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
• Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters is a plus) and resume databases.
• Experience with high volume of scheduling.
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while retaining all information.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the hiring process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, onsite and virtual interviews, generating offer letters, and performing background checks.
• Track, maintain, and upload candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in SmartRecruiters and HubSpot.
• Assist with onboarding activities that may include training and preparing necessary paperwork.
• Generate Verification of Employment letters as needed.
• Additional administration and/or coordination support as needed.
