Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Specialist I to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, including intake, shortlisting, sourcing, onboarding, and reporting.

The role supports timely talent delivery, collaborates with vendors and clients, and operates in a hybrid environment from Troy, MI or Tempe, AZ. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or applicable experience.
• Experience in high volume coordination activities.
• At least 1 year of any customer service industry experience.
• Client hiring manager/supplier facing responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing day-to-day tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong documentation and follow up skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
• Prepare insightful questions for requirement intake to gather detailed job descriptions.
• Document requirement intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS, AGS360).
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies.
• Discuss with HM agree upon expectations and roles in the requisition fulfilment process.
• Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Document and track client/supplier issues to resolution in CRM.
• Monitor contract SLA's, requisition aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance.
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
• Interact with clients, vendors, contract personnel and partners via face-to-face, email and phone.
• Assist with worker assignment management to improve data integrity.
