You will represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and by phone or email, building a foundation for a long-term career in talent acquisition.

This role offers growth from coordination and logistics to ownership of recruiting requisitions, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of scheduling and logistics.
• Clear written and verbal communication, representing the company to candidates and at campus events.
• Proficiency with HR systems/ATS and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Owning interview scheduling and candidate logistics for all requisitions.
• Managing the new-hire process end-to-end including offer paperwork and background checks.
• Coordinating career fairs and campus recruiting events, including logistics and on-site attendance.
• Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with requisition setup and status updates.
• Progressing toward ownership of a portfolio of high-volume pipeline requisitions.
