Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant tracking, review records, and disposition candidates promptly.
• Represent the company at recruiting events to build relationships in the community.
• Coordinate screening, scheduling interviews with leadership, and offer letters.
• Partner with HR leadership and field recruiters to fill positions with qualified candidates.
• Schedule new hires for orientation and complete pre-employment tasks and paperwork.
