Wayne Farms is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR activities, ensure policy compliance, and support managers with employment and employee relations. You will guide performance management, conduct corrective actions, and ensure accurate HR documentation across departments.

The role emphasizes recruitment coordination for salaried openings, onboarding, and training, with a focus on compliant processes and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years progressively responsible experience in the human resources field with emphasis on employment, employee relations, and/or benefits.
• Demonstrated one (1) year leadership experience including knowledge of timekeeping requirements, policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbal and written, with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities in the HR department to ensure policy compliance and legal requirements.
• Counsel managers on performance management, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Coordinate salaried recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and offers in Workday; conduct new hire onboarding.
