Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process for hourly driver positions; conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate hiring across multiple locations; ensure efficient, consistent process.
• Screen and interview candidates via phone and virtual meetings.
• Assist with pre-employment steps: drug screens, DOT physicals, training, and pre-hire paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR to complete onboarding tasks and maintain candidate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the process.
