Job description

Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Family Resource Home Care.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) plays a crucial role in onboarding caregivers for Family Resource Home Care. The TAC is responsible for efficiently onboarding a high volume of caregivers, typically ranging from 20 to 40 per week. This role is pivotal in ensuring caregivers are well-prepared for orientation, fostering clear communication with recruiters and branch staff, and contributing to the success of our caregiving team.

This is a remote position. Only candidates residing in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be an efficient learner, able to retain new information and adapt quickly to workflow changes. The TAC manages a multi-step process from accepted offer to post-orientation, requiring experience in onboarding or similar roles, meticulous attention to detail, managing high-volume workloads, organizing tracking spreadsheets, and proficiency in multiple software systems.

Key Job Duties
  1. Caregiver Onboarding: Coordinate and execute onboarding, ensuring completion of welcome emails, documentation, background checks, and tasks.
  2. Communication and Support: Provide caregivers with necessary information, answer inquiries, and support throughout onboarding.
  3. Collaboration: Work with recruiters and branches to gather information, maintain communication, and address issues.
  4. Orientation Support: Update branch partners on onboarding status, assist during orientation, and facilitate new hire conversion.
  5. Compliance: Ensure caregiver files are complete and compliant, updating certifications and licenses.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in high-volume (30+ hires/week) talent acquisition or onboarding, healthcare preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or home care compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.

The pay range is $19-21/hr based on experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week role with full benefits.
