In the context of the Technical Recruiter role, our primary objective is to attract and secure top-tier talent within the technology landscape. Our focus involves recruiting and placing candidates in federal contracts, primarily concentrated within the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia regions. Successful recruiters will possess prior knowledge of federal clearances and have a well-established network of technical connections to be effective in this role.

Hours/week: 10 to 30 hours, determined by the candidate’s availability.
Recruiters oversee the staffing requirements for technical roles within the defense and intelligence sector of the federal government. These roles encompass Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Technical Writers, Network Engineers, Analysts, and others. Our services operate within federal programs, necessitating candidates with active DoD clearances, specifically TS/SCI with a polygraph. Candidates must understand federal clearance requirements.
Recruiters manage their schedules. However, virtual meetings are conducted during standard business hours, so consultants must be available. We prioritize consultants not concurrently engaged in full-time employment due to conflicts of interest.
Job Responsibilities:
The position is a contract position, paid as 1099, and is a work-from-home opportunity with flexibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and independent, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to complete simple marketing efforts. Consultants are paid once a month and at the end of the month for the prior month's work. Please take note of this payment schedule.
