What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
- Advise on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures within an Affirmative Action Plan organization
- Develop targeted job descriptions and compelling job postings to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain compliance and efficiency in the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 1+ year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrated skills in sourcing, networking, and interview assessment
- Ability to manage a high volume workload effectively and maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
- Experience with SAP and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- PHR certification is a plus
- Availability for some travel
