About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us source, screen, and hire top talent across functions. This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building great teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  
• Post job ads on various platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Generate regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline health.
  
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and virtual hiring events.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 15 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in [industry].
