Job summary

fab2 is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Austin to support the interview process and keep candidate experiences positive and streamlined. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the company to ensure smooth onsite interview days and logistics.

This role offers exposure to all aspects of recruiting operations in a high-growth environment and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as fab2 scales.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in recruiting or related fields.
• Experience coordinating interviews and candidate logistics.
• Knowledge of employment practices at federal/state level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews across teams and stakeholders.
• Arrange candidate travel and manage interview logistics.
• Host candidates onsite and ensure interview days run smoothly.
• Represent fab2 to candidates and understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring organized.
• Support Talent Operations with special projects and process improvements.
