Job summary

bubb is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join onsite at the Austin, TX headquarters for a premier defense tech client. You’ll be the face of the candidate experience, managing interview logistics and hosting candidates on-site.

This W2 contract role offers on-site collaboration, exposure to fast-growing tech and defense recruiting, and potential extension. You’ll partner with bubb recruiters and client hiring managers to keep schedules tight and ATS hygiene strong.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interview schedules across multiple time zones is a plus.
• Ability to deliver a seamless candidate experience on-site.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with the client account and manage candidate interactions at the Austin, TX headquarters.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules, panels, and presentations with multiple time zones.
