The Panaro Group – Your Strategic Recruiting Partner is seeking a Recruiting Consultant who resides in Wisconsin. The role focuses on building pipelines, proactive outreach, and filling roles across industries with a high-touch, human approach.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting, demonstrated success with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. The position offers flexible remote/hybrid options and steady collaboration with a boutique RPO team.

Qualificações

• BA or associate degree preferred with 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, engaging talent through cold calls.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse industries.

Responsabilidades

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruiting technologies.
• Reach out to candidates via cold calling, email, texting, and social media.
• Collaborate with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and culture fit.
• Utilize ATS (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track candidates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and interview prep guidance.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple sourcing channels.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
