Job summary

Aptiv, Inc. is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in Wisconsin. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill staffing needs across locations in the state.

The role also leads virtual onboarding sessions and supports internships, onboarding materials, and HR-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience in HR or recruitment,

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, workforce development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and HR technology systems.
• Experience recruiting in human services, healthcare, nonprofit, workforce development, or a similar environment.
• Experience facilitating employee orientation, onboarding, or training programs.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source qualified candidates and guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; represent Aptiv at job fairs and community events.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and workforce development organizations.
• Lead virtual new employee orientation sessions and coordinate onboarding materials.
• Support Aptiv's internship program with recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Assist with broader HR functions including communications, recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
