The Panaro Group, a well-established RPO firm in the United States, seeks a Recruiting Consultant. You will source passive candidates through multiple channels, outreach via cold calls, and collaborate to fill roles across industries.

You will conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit, leveraging SmartRecruiters and other tools to manage a high-volume pipeline and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• A BA or associate degree is preferred plus 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven recruiter in a fast-paced environment with cold-calling experience.
• Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed; strong interview skills.

• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other tools.
• Conduct candidate outreach through cold calling, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with team to understand job requirements and talent needs.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and culture fit.
• Use ATS (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track candidates.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience with clear communication.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple channels.
• Organize daily schedule to progress on all positions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for roles.
