What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively identify and attract quality talent for the employer through various recruitment techniques
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR stakeholders on talent acquisition processes and methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers on compensation offers and recruitment strategies
- Monitor the interview and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies including CRM and applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead within assigned client groups
- Experience with high volume branch recruiting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience recruiting at the employer within the General Bank Community/Metro Markets
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting in the employer's North Carolina branch footprint including branch operations, sales, and service
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Familiarity with digital platforms used in talent acquisition
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
