Job description

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, SC, VA, MI, PA.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting candidates to leaders across the Bank footprint. You will assist in developing recruitment strategies and solutions to meet business needs and consult with hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure quality candidate engagement. Other responsibilities include implementing employment marketing and outreach activities to create a qualified candidate pool, building relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, and gathering internal and external talent data. Talent Acquisition Consultants may also participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.

This position supports recruiting efforts in Community/Metro Branch Sales, Operations, and Service.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Actively identify and attract quality talent for the Bank through various recruitment techniques. Responsible for non-exempt and professional recruiting for specific departments or regions.
  • Consultation: Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR stakeholders on talent acquisition processes, methods, and techniques. Determine current and future business needs to appropriately place candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and utilize talent.
  • Collaboration: Work with hiring managers on developing compensation offers, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition solutions. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the talent acquisition process.
  • Assessment: Monitor the interview and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience and quality hiring outcomes. Recommend improvements based on process reviews.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience recruiting at First Citizens Bank within the General Bank Community/Metro Markets.
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting in the North Carolina branch footprint, including branch operations, sales, and service.
  • Ability to influence and lead within assigned client groups.
  • Experience with high-volume branch recruiting.

Skills include experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies such as CRM, applicant tracking systems, and digital platforms, as well as knowledge of EEO and AA policies and procedures.
