A leading financial institution is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruitment efforts. This remote position involves developing recruitment strategies, engaging with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, SC, VA, MI, PA.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting candidates to leaders across the Bank footprint. You will assist in developing recruitment strategies and solutions to meet business needs and consult with hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure quality candidate engagement. Other responsibilities include implementing employment marketing and outreach activities to create a qualified candidate pool, building relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, and gathering internal and external talent data. Talent Acquisition Consultants may also participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
This position supports recruiting efforts in Community/Metro Branch Sales, Operations, and Service.
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
Preferred Experience:
Skills include experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies such as CRM, applicant tracking systems, and digital platforms, as well as knowledge of EEO and AA policies and procedures.
