Description
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting – from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding – while delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments, with a focus on corporate, creative, and retail functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through outbound recruiting strategies, job boards, referrals, and social platforms
- Review and manage incoming applications, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication with all candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview logistics across hiring teams
- Provide regular updates and strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Extend verbal and written offers, conduct reference checks, and manage offer letter documentation
- Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help evolve our recruitment processes and tools
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer brands
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including corporate and creative functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a relationship builder at heart
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
