A leading company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support mid-level management in recruiting efforts. This remote role requires expertise in talent sourcing and screening, leveraging relationships, and providing assessment expertise. Ideal candidates have strong backgrounds in human resources or financial services, with a proactive approach to engaging hiring managers and driving recruitment strategies.

This position is responsible for mid-level management and professional talent acquisition support for the Bank at an expert level of consultation and ability. Translates business needs into actionable strategies that ensure optimal candidate quality, including sourcing, screening, and selection process management. Implements employment marketing and outreach activities to leverage acquisition opportunities. Builds relationships, gathers internal and external talent data, and delivers key insight in order to develop Talent Acquisition capabilities and processes. May provide a leadership role for less experienced associates in the work group.
This position will be aligned to support the following recruiting efforts: Community/Metro Business & Commercial Bankers, and other openings within the General Bank as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
Preferred Area of Experience:
Experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies including CRM, applicant tracking and digital platforms, Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies and procedures
