Empower LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support high-volume hiring for our financial services teams in the United States.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, guide sourcing, screening, and selection, and help attract diverse talent while upholding our commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices. This temporary role emphasizes speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years recruiting in high-volume environments (financial services preferred).
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, social platforms, and ATS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Build diverse pipelines via postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing.
• Use structured interviews, scorecards, and assessments for merit-based decisions.
• Coach leaders on inclusive interviewing practices and unbiased recruitment.
• Monitor employment-focused social sites and job boards to strengthen employer brand.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and campus events.
• Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the team.
